Tim will be arranging a mixed tennis tournament for all members on Bank Holiday Monday 31st starting at 10.00am and completing about 1.00pm. The Pods on each court might be more than 6 playing the 3 hour session.

The cost is £5 per head and you have to enter 'BH IN' on the WhatsApp group

HCTC members will play a short tournament in the afternoon on 2 courts through to 4.30pm

Court 4 will be available to book from 1.30pm for members.

All courts will be available for members booking from 4.30pm until last session at 7.30pm

All four courts will be cleaned on Monday 7th September 2020 , ready for the winter season.

So all four courts have been blocked out so no bookings available on this Monday.

Very important for members to follow the following guidelines set out by the LTA so that everybody can play Tennis and feel comfortable whilst on court.

We have made a change to the booking system so that the person booking the court must enter the other players details on the actual booking so as a club we adhere to the LTA guidance and keep this information for 21 days .

PRE-ATTENDANCE SYMPTOM CHECK [NEW]

Anyone attending a venue (including players, coaches, staff and any other visitors), should undergo a pre-attendance self-assessment for any COVID19 symptoms using the information on the NHS website before leaving home.

No-one should leave home to participate in tennis if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID -19, currently recognised as any of the following: - A high temperature - A new, continuous cough - A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste

Should an individual have demonstrated any such symptoms, they must follow NHS and PHE guidance on self-isolation

NHS TEST & TRACE

If someone who has played at your venue develops symptoms of COVID-19, they should be directed to follow the Government’s ‘test and trace’ guidelines, which can be read on the Gov.uk website

[NEW] To support NHS Test and Trace, venues should keep a temporary record of all those on site for 21 days, in a way that is manageable, and assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for that data if needed. This should also include keeping a temporary record of staff shift patterns for your venue for 21 days
